Sheets and blankets, instead of duvets. Convenient for the tram into town. Little kitchen for making hot drinks etc. Quiet in the main. Adequate continental breakfast.

It was not expensive yet supplied the basics. We used the apartment to visit the elephant at les machines de l'ile and the city sites. It was a shame that we could not find a suitable bar or restuarant near to the hotel however we walked into town on the first night and used the trams on the second night. As we found there were other things we wanted to see in Nantes we extended our stay. A city 24hour pass for 20 euros gives free access to all public transport, a boat trip and many of the sites. The bathroom was huge, kitchen and bedroom were clean and had the right amount of furniture. On the first night when we didn't know our way around we would have appreciated an English channel on the TV however this did not affect the trip.

Friendly and helpful staff... Big and clean rooms. Bit far from center or any kind of convenience store, but is on the tram line. The walk to the center was very nice also. As a bonus, I had a slight internet problem and they immediately contacted me with the technician who spoke english and was able to solve it very fast.

The wrong indications about the parking. In addition the lack of the staff for any trivial information (ex. key not working properly)

the bare wood floors are practical for kids, but made the room a bit echoy. It would be nice to have an area rug or something to absorb the sound.

Convenience to tramway, pleasant and quiet residential area.

Everything was perfect. The location is great, at 5 min by car from the city center. There is also a tram that you can take for a few stops if you don't want to drive. There was a free parking in front of the building. The personnel was very nice, the rooms were clean and newly refurbished. The location is quiet and it's a wonderful base for exploring Nantes.

My opinion about the hotel is very positive. The room was simple and clean. Cable internet connection was provided free of charge. There was a kitchen in my room, which I did not use it, although there was no dinner table. Towels were changed everyday. The hotel is located close to a tram stop, with easy access to city center (walking is also an enjoyable option - about 30 min).

I don't have any complains. I purchased a breakfast, which for me had everything I usually eat. However, the breakfast does not offer a great variety (E.G., eggs, bacon), which may be a down point for some travelers. However, anyone willing to cook its own breakfast could do so in the small kitchen in the bedroom.
